Terms of Service

To make the commission process smoother and more enjoyable for both of us, I've updated the guidelines below:Payment and Order Process
• Payment will be accepted only via Paypal in USD, and all payments are upfront. Please note that there are no refunds once the commission is started.
• For your convenience, I'll send you a Paypal invoice to complete the payment securely.
• If you choose to pay with trade/voucher, kindly mention it in your order form to avoid any confusion.
• In case I'm unable to proceed with your commission, you'll receive a full refund.Commission Details and Timeline
• The completion time for your commission may take up to 1 month, depending on the complexity and my schedule. Rest assured, I'll communicate with you regularly to keep you informed.
• I will retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork, which may include posting it on my social media, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks, unless you specifically request it to be private.
• You are not allowed to use my art for NFT purposes or sell it as an NFT. Doing so will result in a permanent ban.
• You cannot claim my art or designs as your own. If you post the artwork on other sites, please remember to credit me as the artist.Artwork Details and Edits
• Once you place your commission order, I'll provide you with draft sketches for approval. You'll have the opportunity to request changes during this phase, but please note that there's a limited number of edits allowed.
• Once the sketches are approved, the drawing will not be applicable for further changes unless there are missing or incorrect details from my side.
• If you decide to change your character after making the payment and the new character is more detailed, there may be an additional charge for the extra details.Artwork Delivery
• Upon completion, you'll receive the final artwork in PNG format, along with different versions, including the background and a small watermark.
